Transportation Dispatcher:
As a Transportation Dispatcher , you will: Assign drivers based on trip demand, schedules, and availability Monitor active trips and respond quickly to delays, route changes, or service issues Communicate schedule updates, dispatch instructions, and operational information to drivers Assist customers with questions and service concerns in a professional and timely manner Maintain accurate dispatch logs, trip records, and operational documentation Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to improve efficiency and service quality What We're Looking for as a
Transportation Dispatcher:
Previous experience in dispatching, transportation, logistics, customer service, or fleet operations preferred Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills Ability to stay calm, focused, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with dispatch systems or scheduling software is a plus Valid driver's license required Schedule Tuesday-Sunday | 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM What We Offer as a
