Utilize GPS technology to track and guide units in the field. Maintain clear and effective communication with officers on duty. Document all calls and dispatches accurately through data entry systems. Provide first aid instructions over the phone when necessary. Manage conflicts calmly and professionally while maintaining composure under pressure. Collaborate with other emergency services as needed to ensure a coordinated response. Skills Proficient in phone etiquette to ensure clear communication with callers. Strong conflict management skills to handle high-stress situations effectively. Knowledge of first aid principles to provide guidance during emergencies. Ability to perform phone triage, assessing the urgency of calls quickly. Excellent analytical skills for evaluating situations and making informed decisions. Strong verbal communication skills for relaying information clearly to officers and callers.
