Job Description
Dispatch Support Representative Location:
St. Louis, Missouri (Fully Onsite)Pay:
$24-$25 per hourSchedule:
Thursday through Monday, 1:00 AM — 9:00AM Job Type:
Full-Time We're looking for a Dispatch Support Representative to help keep our delivery operations running smoothly by supporting courier drivers on the road and ensuring packages reach customers on time. If you enjoy fast-paced logistics environments, problem solving, and supporting teams in real time, this could be the perfect role for you. What You'll Do As a Dispatch Support Representative, you'll be the communication hub between drivers, operations, and customers.Key Responsibilities:
Provide real-time support to courier drivers via phone, email, and apps Communicate special delivery instructions, routing changes, and pickup/delivery updates Assist with dispatching jobs to courier contractors Help ensure on-time deliveries and excellent service for customers Address driver questions and resolve issues quickly Complete daily operational checklists Report driver or customer issues to the Operations Manager Verify order deliveries and maintain accurate records Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and reporting Support warehouse tasks such as pulling or processing parts when needed Participate in process improvement initiatives and special projects Follow company policies including safety and attendance requirements Perform other duties as assignedWhat We're Looking For Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED 2+ years of customer service experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to occasionally lift packages up to 60 lbs and climb laddersPreferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree Experience in courier, logistics, dispatch, or delivery operations Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Why Join Crossroads Courier?
