This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience who can communicate professionally with business owners while handling a high-volume, call center-style environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and dispatch mechanics based on job priority, location, and availability Communicate clearly and confidently with customers and technicians Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls daily Monitor job progress and make real-time adjustments as needed Maintain accurate records, work orders, and scheduling updates Provide timely updates to customers and resolve scheduling issues Support overall operations with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Strong administrative background required Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with business owners Ability to handle a fast-paced, call center environment Thick skin and professionalism when dealing with direct or challenging customer personalities Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
