Local Client (Kalispell Area) Express Employment Professionals is hiring an Install Coordinator / Dispatcher for a well-established local client. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and excels at communication and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Pay $20.00

00 per hour (DOE) Position Overview The Install Coordinator/Dispatcher plays a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by coordinating installation and service schedules, communicating with customers and internal teams, and keeping projects organized from start to finish. Job Responsibilities Schedule installation and service jobs Communicate with technicians, management, and the parts department Contact customers to coordinate appointments for installations and repairs Maintain accurate records and complete required paperwork Organize and track ongoing projects Support and prepare installation teams for daily jobs Participate in ongoing training Qualifications High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting Excellent customer service and communication skills Self-starter with a proactive mindset Comfortable using phones, computers, and scheduling software Ability to lift up to 40 lbs as needed High School Diploma or equivalent required Previous dispatching, coordination, or related experience preferred but not required Schedule Full-time position (hours may vary based on business needs) Why Work with Express?
