What You'll Be Doing Dispatch electrical and HVAC technicians based on skillset, location, and job type Manage and adjust schedules throughout the day to maximize productivity Coordinate closely with CSRs and field technicians to keep jobs flowing smoothly Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding scheduling and appointment changes Keep accurate job notes and scheduling records in the CRM Help prioritize urgent calls and solve scheduling challenges in real time Support office operations and contribute to overall team success What You'll Get $45K
