Job Description

We are looking for a competent Dispatch/CSR. The ideal candidate will have great communication skills٫ plus be able to lead and motivate a team. You'll be organized٫ reliable٫ and results-oriented. Dispatch/CSR will sync with the daily routine of our company, candidate will work along with Management to run the day to day tasks and undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional, this person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
Duties Include:
Providing Excellent over the phone Customer Service Be able to quickly multitask Follow Up Courtesy Calls Keep up with leads coming in from different areas Be on top on work flow and making sure everything is running smoothly. We look for candidates who thrive in a team environment as well as working solo, and those who can display both professionalism and a fun personality! Applicants must be ENERGETIC, SELF-MOTIVATED, and DRIVEN! Responsibilities Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information Schedule and plan meetings and appointments Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues Perform receptionist duties when needed Manage incoming calls Generate sales leads Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Take the extra mile to engage customers Skills Proven experience as a CSR Supervisor , or in another relevant administrative role Stay on top on small details, monitor GPS tracking Thorough understanding of office management procedures Excellent organizational and time management skills Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS Office Provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative Track record of over-achieving quota Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
