Job Description
Job Summary In this vital role, you will answer phones, schedule customers for repair, maintenance and installtion of HVAC systems. Generate invoices, post payments as well as collections. Permit installations with local county authorities and schedule inspections. Provide certificates of insurance for compliance and communicate with insurance company concerning claims. Other duties as assigned.
Skills:
Microsoft word, excel and outlook. Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette.
Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:00-5:00
