What You'll Do:
Assign repair orders to technicians based on skill level, availability, and workload Monitor shop productivity and adjust dispatching to maintain efficient workflow Communicate with Service Advisors regarding job status, delays, and technician availability Track repair order progress and ensure timely completion Coordinate with Parts Department to minimize downtime Maintain accurate documentation and support service leadership as needed
What You Bring:
Automotive Service Dispatcher, Service Manager, Service Advisor or Technician experience is required Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills for scheduling and record-keeping High school diploma or equivalent Proficiency with dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds, etc.) is a plus Valid driver's license with a good driving record We are an Equal Opportunity Employer .
