We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and performance-driven Senior Dispatcher to join our growing team. This role serves as a critical link between our field technicians and office operations, ensuring the right technician is assigned to the right call at the right time. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at problem-solving, communicates effectively under pressure, and takes ownership of operational results. You will play a direct role in supporting revenue growth, technician productivity, customer satisfaction, and overall operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Manage a live dispatch board with urgency, accuracy, and efficiency Prioritize and route calls based on technician skillset, geography, customer needs, and business priorities Ensure proper technician-to-call assignments across all trades Conduct same-day reviews of $0 calls and identify coaching opportunities Facilitate daily dispatch huddles that promote accountability and engagement Support operational KPIs through accurate reporting and board management Foster a positive, high-energy environment for field and office teams Success in This Role Looks Like High first-call completion rates Reduced drive times and dispatch variance Strong technician utilization and productivity Increased Hot Hands opportunities Consistent completion of $0 call reviews Strong customer satisfaction and online review performance Reduced escalations and smoother daily operations A focused, engaged, and productive trade team What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Proven dispatching, scheduling, logistics, coordination, or operations experience in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Natural leadership skills with the ability to coach, direct, and build trust with technicians Strong sense of accountability and ownership Preferred Qualifications Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service management software Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or Home Services industries Familiarity with Nexstar or similar service systems Strong coaching, conflict resolution, and team development skills Ability to thrive in a goal-oriented, high-accountability environment Apply Today If you're ready to take ownership, lead from the front, and help drive operational excellence at one of North Carolina's fastest-growing home service companies, we encourage you to apply today.
