We are a family owned and operated company that has been in business since 1943. We have an immediate need for a Trucking Dispatcher. This is an opportunity for stable employment with room for advancement. A positive attitude is a must for this position. Candidates must be flexible and possess strong organizational skills to handle frequent interruptions. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

Develop relationship with both the customer and the drivers Communicate with the customer to receive Delivery Orders and Pick up orders Properly assign loads based on criteria and Driver qualifications Distribute all necessary documents to drivers Timely communication with Drivers to convey information to the customer as required Enter load information into system Scan documents
