PSTs work in an exciting 24/7 environment and there are many perks to include serving your community! Starting pay of $26.93 with automatic yearly increases Shift differential of $1/hour for evenings, nights, and weekends Overtime availability to include a shift differential overtime rate ($1.50) PSTs work 52 days less a year than your traditional 9-5 M-F work due to 10 hour shifts and 4 day works weeks. We also offer a 12 hour shift rotation which includes every other weekend off ! PTO accrual begins immediately at 5.54 hours per payroll which including holiday time, amounts to 22 days of PTO your first year! That earns you five and a half weeks of PTO your first year working! Qualifications - High School diploma or equivalent and the ability to type 40 correct words per minute . Candidates will be subject to pass a background check .
