Job Responsibilities

Communicate with various trucking companies to arrange and oversee truck transfer operations between the ATA and ASCAN stages.
Maintain and update the truck scheduling spreadsheet, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Monitor and ensure the punctuality, arrival rate, and load efficiency of truck departures.
Optimize trucking scheduling costs while maintaining operational efficiency.
Ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency in truck dispatch and transfer operations.
Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors. Requirements
Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required.
Proven experience in dispatching or a related field is preferred.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions quickly.
Familiarity with GIS systems and GPS technology is a plus.
Knowledge of transportation planning principles and fleet management practices.
Proficient in using software for logistics management and Microsoft Excel.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.
