Full-Time | 40 hours per week About Us Al Terry Plumbing & Heating is a trusted provider of HVAC, plumbing and electrical, dedicated to delivering reliable service and excellent customer care. We're looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Part-Time Billing Specialist to support our growing team. Position Summary The Billing Specialist is responsible for processing invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely billing, and supporting customers with account questions. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities Schedule and dispatch technicians to service calls, prioritizing based on urgency, location, and availability Communicate with technicians throughout the day to coordinate job assignments and address scheduling changes Take incoming service calls and book appointments Generate and process customer invoices daily Review work orders for accuracy and completeness before billing Apply payments and update customer accounts Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, billing questions, or discrepancies Coordinate with service, dispatch, and management to resolve billing and scheduling issues Maintain organized billing and dispatch records and documentation Assist with month-end reporting as needed Qualifications Previous billing, dispatching, accounting, or administrative experience preferred Service Titan Experience a plus Experience in service industries (HVAC, plumbing, construction, etc.) a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized under pressure Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to manage time effectively and work independently What We Offer Full-time schedule Competitive hourly pay: Based on Experience Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunity for growth and additional hours over time
