Responsibilities Assist in coordinating daily container pickup, delivery, and transportation schedules for drivers Track shipment status and maintain communication with drivers and customers Assist in handling daily operational issues and exceptions Perform other dispatch-related duties as assigned Qualifications Fluent in both English and Chinese Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn Able to work in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or dispatching is preferred No experience required; training will be provided Career Growth We are committed to developing our team members.
