Job Description:

Relays incoming and outgoing calls, monitors operations of telephone and paging systems, and ensures that telephone equipment is in working order•reporting any issues. Monitors emergency alarms, and communicates medical and other information to authorized recipients. Ability to operate the paging system, sound alarms, and announce medical / disasters / other emergencies in accordance with RWJBH policies. Interested in learning more about our IT&S team?
