Dispatch Assistant

At Top Food Provision, we are looking for a proactive person with great aspirations for growth. The main responsibility for this position is to select customer orders and fulfill them as quickly and accurately as possible.

Activities:

• Receive and verify updates along with pending tasks from the previous shift.
• Ensure the selection, preparation, packaging, and loading of customer orders so that they are delivered without damage or errors.
• Receive and follow instructions provided by the supervisor.
• Responsible for total quality of the operation according to defined systems.
• Responsible for the overall safety of the facilities under their charge according to established regulations.
• Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and procedures that contribute to efficient order management and deliveries.

Responsibilities:

• Know and confirm the orders that will be prepared and shipped that day.
• Organize the list of orders to be prepared.
• Select customer orders and fulfill them as quickly and accurately as possible.
• Demonstrate accuracy and responsibility in work at all times.
• Walk throughout the warehouse area to ensure customer orders are picked.
• Follow up with your supervisor on any problems or complaints that arise.
• Pack customer orders according to order requests.
• Review documentation and work according to established procedures.
• Understand the department's and company's policies and procedures.
• Ensure the condition of products before shipping.
• Know the fire, safety, and emergency procedures.
• Keep the area clean and organized, free of accidents.
• Be available to assist in another area as needed.

• Basic Inventory Knowledge:
