Night Time Dispatcher for busy Towing Company. Responsible for answering multiple phone lines, communicating with customers & drivers, data entry, dispatching drivers and taking payments.

00 per hour We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative. As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction along with dispatching our drivers & equipment to calls for service.

Duties:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Assist customers
• Utilize Tow management Program to coordinate calls for service
• Dispatch drivers and provide them with necessary information using GPS and fleet management tools
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Provide product information, pricing details, and technical support to customers
• Troubleshoot problems and find appropriate solutions for customer complaints or concerns

Experience:

• Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
• Proficiency in using phone systems, dispatching software, google, mapping programs and other relevant tools
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
