This role is critical to keeping our daily operations running smoothly by handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, supporting technicians, and managing administrative tasks. Responsibilities Answer incoming customer phone calls professionally and efficiently Schedule and confirm HVAC/plumbing service appointments Dispatch technicians and manage daily schedules Respond to customer emails and follow up as needed Pull permits and assist with job documentation Maintain customer records and update systems accurately Assist with invoicing, paperwork, and general office administration Support management with additional administrative tasks as needed Help provide excellent customer service and maintain company standards Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Basic computer and email skills required Experience in dispatching, office administration, HVAC, plumbing, or home services is preferred but not required Positive attitude and team mentality What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity for growth within the company Supportive team environment Full-time stable position with a growing company Schedule Full-Time Monday-Friday If you are organized, motivated, and enjoy helping customers while keeping operations running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.
