The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating transportation logistics, ensuring timely and efficient operations. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The Dispatcher will be responsible for overseeing fleet management, analyzing data, and maintaining effective communication with drivers and clients. Responsibilities Coordinate daily dispatch operations to ensure timely delivery of goods. Manage transportation logistics and optimize routes for efficiency. Communicate effectively with drivers regarding schedules, routes, and any changes. Analyze transportation data to improve operational efficiency. Maintain accurate records of driver hours. Exhibit strong phone etiquette while interacting with clients and drivers. Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations. Monitor fleet management activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Experience Previous experience in transportation management or dispatching is preferred. Strong analytical skills to assess operational performance. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
