Summary of Position
s guard IMGR&C against fire, theft, vandalism, and illegal entry and any other possible hazards by maintainingmunications through the Security Department Dispatch center and maintains any guest relations as required. Meets IMGR&C policy for attendance.

1. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following and are subject to change at management's discretion:
- Provides overallmunication between guests, team members, and all departments to protect the property from, and elimination of anything that may tend to jeopardize the welfare and security ofpany assets, properties, guests/customers, and employees.
- Logs and documents radio activity from security officers during their routine patrols, and/or incidents occurring in and around the property including the casino floor.
- Must be able to operate aputer to maintain the logs as required in the security hub.
- Must possess skills to maintain good customer relations when calls are received in the security hub.
- Maintains lost and found items and properly documents all information and properly secures all items.
- Speech clarity and readingprehension skills.
- Knowledge of using a base radio and handheld radios formunication.
- Knowledge of ten-codes and other codes used by the security department.
- Due to various incidents that occur simultaneously must have multi-tasking skills.
- Ads to all regulatory, departmental, and resort policies and procedures.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
3. Education and/or Experience Requirements

- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or six months to one-year job related experience may be substituted.
Must hold a valid state driver's license or be able to obtain one.
4. Physical Demands
The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential duties of this position.
While performing the duties of this position, the team member is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands, to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, talk or hear. Must be able to use hand heldmunications devices. The team member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The team member must be able to stand for several hours.
5. Work Environment
The work environment characteristics described are representative of those a team member encounters while performing the essential functions of this position.
The noise level in the work environment is loud. The team member will be exposed to a second-hand smoke-filled environment. The team member may be exposed to biohazardous fluids such as blood and other body fluids. The team member may be exposed to hostile environments with guest. May be subject to high stress environments.
