Nexeo Staffing is hiring a Transportation Dispatcher to manage evening fleet operations for a high-volume warehouse in Henderson, NV — This role is responsible for dispatching 10-15 drivers per shift, maintaining DOT compliance, resolving real-time routing issues, and ensuring deliveries stay on schedule in a fast-paced environment. This position is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in transportation dispatch, routing, or fleet management who thrive under pressure and take ownership of daily operations. Responsibilities Dispatch and coordinate 10-15 truck drivers per shift Build, adjust, and manage daily delivery routes to meet timelines Communicate assignments, updates, and expectations with drivers and warehouse teams Monitor route progress and resolve delays, breakdowns, or scheduling conflicts in real time Ensure compliance with DOT Hours of Service and transportation safety regulations Maintain accurate dispatch logs, delivery records, and transportation documentation Use Excel and dispatch/fleet systems (TMS, telematics, routing software) for tracking and reporting Partner with safety, maintenance, and warehouse leadership to maintain smooth operations Qualifications Required 2+ years of experience in transportation dispatch or fleet coordination Experience dispatching 10+ drivers per shift Working knowledge of DOT regulations and Hours of Service requirements Strong multitasking ability in time-sensitive, high-volume environments Proficiency in Excel and dispatch or fleet management software Clear communication skills with drivers and operations teams Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Preferred Experience with routing systems, telematics, or TMS platforms Bilingual (English/Spanish) Experience working evening or overnight shifts Pay $20.00
