Responsibilities include but may not be limited to: As an Alarm Monitoring Operator and Customer Service Representative, you will: Monitor, and respond to alarm activations, perform camera verifications, access control and fire monitoring services Dispatch emergency responders, such as police, fire nod medical personnel Provide timely agency to agency communications and support Deliver exceptional customer service to those we serve Provide administrative support

Minimum Requirements:

Must be 21 years of Age Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship. Must be able to obtain Sheriffs License and Pass All Backgrounds. 100% Drug/Alcohol and Smoke Free Work Environment Must be Fluent in Written and Spoken English and Excellent Written and Spoken Communications Skills Our Monitoring Center is open 24/7 , scheduled shifts will include nights, weekends and holidays,- you must be able to work any assigned shift.
