Dr Cool Services is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused HVAC Dispatcher to coordinate our technicians, support customers, and keep our service department running efficiently during our busiest hours. Schedule Full-Time Must be available to work evenings and weekends Additional hours may be available during peak HVAC seasons Responsibilities Answer incoming customer calls and schedule service appointments Dispatch technicians based on location, skill set, and priority of service calls Monitor technician progress and adjust schedules in real time Communicate ETAs and job updates to customers Coordinate emergency and after-hours service requests Maintain accurate customer records and job notes in Housecall Pro Assist with invoice completion, follow-up calls, and membership renewals Support technicians with parts, scheduling, and customer communication needs Help maximize technician efficiency and customer satisfaction through effective scheduling and routing Qualifications Previous dispatching, scheduling, customer service, or HVAC industry experience preferred Strong phone and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented and highly organized Computer proficiency and ability to learn dispatch software Positive attitude and team-first mentality Experience with Housecall Pro or similar software is a plus What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Health Insurance available 401K Performance bonuses available Paid training Career growth opportunities Supportive team environment Employee discounts on Dr Cool services Ideal Candidate You are the type of person who can handle a ringing phone, a technician needing assistance, and an urgent AC outage all at the same time—while keeping customers informed and technicians productive.
