Pump Dispatcher & Sales Coordinator

Position Overview Vitale Ready Mix is seeking a highly organized and driven Pump Dispatcher & Sales Coordinator to manage scheduling and support the growth of our concrete pump division. This role combines daily dispatch execution with outbound customer communication, helping maximize both operational efficiency and revenue. Schedule & Work Hours Typical hours: 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Monday-Friday) Additional availability required for early morning or late afternoon calls as needed Flexibility required depending on workload and job demands Compensation $22-$28 per hour depending on experience (hourly position). Overtime opportunities may be available. Key Responsibilities Schedule and dispatch concrete pump trucks Confirm all next-day jobs with customers Manage jobs booked days to weeks in advance Coordinate with concrete dispatch for timing Handle last-minute changes and scheduling conflicts Maintain organized daily and weekly schedules Make outbound calls to confirm jobs and follow up on opportunities Reconnect with past customers and help fill schedule gaps What Success Looks Like Jobs scheduled efficiently with strong forward visibility All next-day jobs confirmed and prepared Minimal scheduling conflicts or missed jobs Open schedule gaps actively filled Strong communication with teams and customers Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving mindset with urgency Comfortable making outbound calls Dispatch/logistics/construction experience preferred

Pay:

$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
