Full Job Description Bilingual Spanish Speaking Required Transportation Dispatcher Location:

Brewster, NY (In-Office) Schedule (Full Time): Monday

• Friday // 8:00AM
• 5:00PM
• Weekends as Needed & Overtime as Needed
• What You'll Do Coordinate daily transportation activities to ensure timely and efficient product deliveries Dispatch drivers and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the workday Monitor delivery progress and resolve routing, scheduling, and service issues in real time Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams regarding delivery updates and concerns Assist with delivery discrepancies, order issues, delays, and transportation-related problems Utilize dispatch systems to track trucks and maintain accurate delivery status records Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, and safety standards Support smooth day-to-day operations and assist with additional dispatch duties as needed What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in dispatching, logistics, transportation, or a related field preferred Strong communication in both English and Spanish, multitasking, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities Comfortable using Microsoft Office and dispatch/tracking systems Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized under pressure Knowledge of DOT regulations and transportation procedures preferred Why Join Us?
