SDS RX Dispatcher

Position:

Dispatcher Shift:

Monday through Friday 3pm -10pm & Saturday 11am-4pm

Pay:

$20/hr. The ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience: 2+ years of Customer Service Experience. Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques. Ensure that dispatching is completed with emphasis on cost effectiveness and time efficient manner. Maintain current knowledge of routes and locations to assure timely service and accurate information. Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions. Interact and communicate with staff in a professional manner. Utilize critical thinking skills. Utilize tracking/dispatching software. Maintain regular attendance and dependability. Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills. Have excellent computer skills, including but not limited to data entry, documentation skills, organization. Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, multi-tasking.
