Ground Transportation Dispatcher / Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized, calm-under-pressure Ground Transportation Dispatcher / Operations Coordinator to join our Queens operations team. This is a fast-paced role ideal for someone who thrives in logistics, transportation, customer service, and real-time problem solving. Responsibilities Monitor and manage live transportation reservations and trip execution Coordinate chauffeurs, affiliates, and transportation vendors nationwide Track flights and proactively adjust transportation schedules Handle service issues, delays, last-minute changes, and recovery situations Communicate with clients, chauffeurs, and vendors professionally and efficiently Manage after-hours operational issues and escalation support as needed Support VIP, corporate, and event transportation logistics Coordinate group movements, special events, and complex itineraries Maintain accurate trip updates within dispatch/booking systems Work closely with customer service, finance, and operations teams Qualifications Preferred experience in: Ground transportation / limousine dispatch Transportation logistics / operations Corporate travel coordination Customer service in fast-paced environments Experience with any of the following is a plus: Limosys GNET Flight tracking tools Ideal Candidate Excellent multitasking skills Calm under pressure Strong communication skills Detail-oriented and highly organized Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Comfortable making quick decisions in real time Professional phone and email communication Schedule Full-time Primarily weekday - some weekend In-office position based in
