Job Description
Job Overview Dispatcher for NYC Managed Service Provider (MSP). You are the first point of contact for inbound client requests, triaging and routing tickets to technicians. Your communication skills will drive customer satisfaction, and keep our operations running smoothly. Duties Answer inbound client calls and emails; create, triage/prioritize, and dispatch service tickets. Match the right tech to the right ticket based on client relationship. Monitor emails and ticket queues throughout the day; chase down stalled or aging tickets. Coordinate scheduled work. Ensure techs keep accurate records in the ticketing system. Run 3:pm daily meeting and Monday 10:am meeting with the tech team. Handle escalations/angry client. Qualifications Proven experience in dispatching . Experience communicating with VIP customers. Familiarity with ticketing platforms like Accelo. Strong written and verbal skills Proficiency in data entry with high accuracy. Ability to multitask efficiently. Basic typing skills, comfortable with technology, and organized.
