Job Description

NAPA-Dispatcher Saratoga Springs, NY 12866 From $20 an hour

  • Full-time Store Dispatcher NAPA Auto Parts
  • Saratoga Springs, NY As Dispatcher, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the right parts at the right time.
You'll coordinate deliveries, support our drivers, help solve customer challenges, and keep operations running smoothly every day. What You'll Do Schedule deliveries and dispatch drivers efficiently throughout the day Ensure accurate and timely delivery of parts to our customers Plan and optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency Monitor delivery performance using our Delivery Management System Quickly resolve delivery, customer, and driver issues as they arise Process and reconcile cash returned by drivers Assist with training and supporting new delivery drivers Inspect returned parts and cores and prepare them for return shipment Help maintain a safe and reliable delivery fleet by identifying maintenance needs Support store operations and assist with additional projects as needed What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Strong commitment to customer service Excellent communication and basic computer skills Ability to stay organized and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail Team-oriented while also capable of working independently Valid New York State driver's license with a clean driving record Bonus Qualifications Knowledge of Saratoga Springs and the surrounding area Previous dispatch, delivery, retail, or customer service experience (not required) No previous experience is required—we're willing to train the right candidate.
