This position is Tuesday thru Saturday 9:30am-6pm w/ flexibility to allow coverage in the area. Summary We are seeking a dedicated Dispatch Associate to join our team in Syracuse, NY 13209. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring timely and efficient transportation of auto parts, contributing to our mission of providing outstanding service to our customers. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage dispatch operations for timely delivery of auto parts Utilize transportation management systems to optimize routing and scheduling Communicate effectively with drivers, suppliers, and customers Monitor freight movements and resolve any issues that arise Maintain accurate records of shipments and deliveries Collaborate with the logistics team to enhance operational efficiency Analyze transportation data to identify areas for improvement Assist with data entry and administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Proven experience in dispatching or logistics roles Strong knowledge of transportation management systems Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions Proficient in data entry and record-keeping Familiarity with supply chain processes is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment If you are ready to drive your career forward with us, we invite you to apply today and be part of our dynamic team at United Auto Supply! #
