Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage daily and weekly shop production schedules to ensure efficient workflow and timely job completion Plan and schedule equipment transportation, including coordinating labor, trucks, cranes, and other resources Secure necessary permits for equipment moves and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations Communicate scheduling updates with internal teams, drivers, project managers, and external vendors Monitor job progress and adjust schedules to address delays, equipment issues, or shifting priorities Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to optimize equipment utilization and minimize downtime Maintain accurate records of schedules, permits, and job status updates in internal systems Identify potential scheduling conflicts or logistical challenges and implement effective solutions Ensure all scheduled work adheres to safety standards and regulatory requirements Provide regular updates and reports on scheduling performance and resource allocation Support process improvements and implement new procedures as needed Coordinate across departments to maintain smooth operational flow

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required Prior experience in a supervisory, dispatch, or coordination role preferred Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of shop equipment, tools, and safety regulations Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently Experience influencing and collaborating with cross-functional teams Familiarity with HCSS software is a plus OSHA 30 certification is a plus Valid driver's license required
