Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as Calling Center Associates. This role requires strong English communication skills, the ability to interact professionally with customers, and a basic understanding of light industrial environments to effectively support client needs. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner Communicate clearly with customers, clients, and internal teams Provide accurate information and resolve inquiries efficiently Document call details and maintain records in company systems Support light industrial client needs by understanding basic warehouse, production, or assembly operations Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times Qualifications Must be fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills Behavioral interview required as part of the hiring process Basic knowledge or experience in light industrial, warehouse, or production environments is preferred Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting Physical Requirements Primarily seated position with extended periods of phone and computer use Occasional standing or walking may be required depending on the work environment Additional Information Prior call center or customer service experience is a plus Training will be provided for candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn Resume, Behavioral interview required, English speaking
