In this role, you will coordinate freight movements, communicate with drivers and brokers, and ensure timely and efficient delivery of loads. Responsibilities Plan, schedule, and dispatch loads for drivers using load boards and transportation management systems (TMS) Communicate with drivers to provide load details, routes, and real-time updates Coordinate with brokers, shippers, and customers to secure freight and negotiate rates Track shipments and resolve delays or issues to ensure on-time delivery Maintain accurate records of loads, routes, and driver activity Monitor compliance with DOT regulations and company policies Assist with documentation, invoicing, and freight paperwork Requirements Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or transportation preferred Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with load boards, TMS systems, and freight operations Basic computer skills and attention to detail Team-oriented with a problem-solving mindset Preferred Qualifications Experience working with owner-operators or fleet management Knowledge of freight rates, lanes, and route optimization Familiarity with ELD systems and DOT compliance Bilingual (English/Russian or Spanish) is a plus Why Join ELMI Transportation LLC?
