We are a towing company seeking hardworking, friendly, honest, upbeat individuals to join our outstanding team!
Job Description:
Job Responsibilities include:
  • Answering Business Calls
  • Inbound/Outbound
  • Managing Dispatch through Towbook App
  • Some Data Entry
  • Office Assistance
  • Light cleaning
Requirements:
  • Good Computer Skills
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Pleasant attitude
  • Multiple Shifts Available
  • Must be able to work holidays (We are open 24/7)
  • Must be able to train on 1st shift for a minimum of one week
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required. Previous experience in a customer service role required. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adaptability. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other team members.
