Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Dispatcher to join our logistics team. In this vital role, you will coordinate the scheduling, dispatching, and tracking of vendors to ensure seamless operations. Duties Coordinate and dispatch vendors to off site properties to perform maintenance issues. Communicate effectively with vendors via multi-line phone systems while maintaining professional phone etiquette. Enter data accurately into our own software program. Manage schedules, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with logistics procedures. Ensure projects are completed in a timely fashion according to the due dates provided by the client. Experience Proven experience in dispatching within a logistics environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Demonstrated proficiency in data entry, typing accuracy, and multi-line phone systems. Analytical skills to assess logistics performance metrics and implement process improvements.
