Overview Join our dynamic team as a Dispatcher, where you'll play a vital role in coordinating tow trucks and light service vehicle operations. This energetic position offers the opportunity to utilize your communication skills, technical expertise, and problem-solving abilities to optimize fleet movements. As a key communicator between drivers, customers, and management, you will help drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Duties Coordinate and schedule tow trucks and light service vehicles using transportation management systems such as TowBooks and FLS. Utilize GPS tools to track vehicle locations, optimize routes, and improve dispatch efficiency. Communicate effectively with drivers and customers via a multi-line phone system while maintaining professional phone etiquette.
