About the Role Assist and direct drivers in determining priority items to ensure timely routing, positive corporate image, and delivery metrics. Responsibilities Route Oil Field deliveries and ship product according to customer orders via Dispatch System Handle daily driver paperwork Work with Sales team to schedule deliveries Support and demonstrate company culture and values with coworkers and customers Always put safety first Required Skills Excellent verbal and written communication Strong customer service skills Team player and collaborator with a positive and constructive approach in all interactions Strong time-management & organizational skills Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate and learn new programs and systems Extraordinary work ethic and top notch customer service skills Seeking long term employment with a stable job history Preferred Skills Experience dispatching in the fuel or oilfield industry Experience with SAP software program Knowledge of oil field operations CDL License with Tanker & Hazmat Knowledge of Hampel Oil's business and customer base Pay range and compensation package

Starting Pay:
