This position is primarily responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient flight environment for customers and employees from around the world.

Please note:

This is a non-certified dispatcher position, FAA certification is not required.

Job Duties:

Uphold standard operating procedures of HAA and regulations of FAA Actively participate in HAA safety culture Maintain aircraft schedule once posted by the Scheduling Department Communicate directly with maintenance department for scheduled and unscheduled resource maintenance Aviation radio and multi-line phone Auditing flight logs for accurate billing and training records Dispatch office organization and upkeep Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Licenses:

Valid driver's license with good driving record preferred

High School Diploma Required Skills/Experience:

Excellent customer service Safety conscious approach to all tasks Proficient in multi-tasking Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Well organized

Punctuality Team Player Preferred Skills/Experience:

General aviation knowledge Private pilot license Additional info: Fully on-site position
