• NW Portland, OR Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Benefits Profit sharing Paid holidays Health insurance Dental insurance Flexible spending account Paid time off Employee assistance program Vision insurance 401(k) matching Life insurance Qualifications Computer skills Construction Full Job Description Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Field phone calls regarding aggregate deliveries in the Portland Metro market Monitor and coordinate jobsite delivery and truck activity through computer terminal Schedule and fulfill aggregate deliveries out of 14 locations Acquire additional trucking from 3rd party customers to fulfill delivery responsibilities when needed Work closely with our Trucking Coordinator to ensure internal trucking capabilities and availability Track trucking round times to minimize haul costs and maximize profitability Assure all safety policies and procedures are followed Review 3rd party trucking timecards for timely payment to vendors Communicate with and assist Scale operators with ongoing orders Additional duties as assigned by manager Minimum qualifications: Excellent written and oral communication skills Knowledge of the construction industry in the Portland Metro market Experience using computer applications (APEX, Excel, Smartsheets, etc) Ability to work in high stress environments and with multiple personality types Ability to time manage and execute multiple tasks at a time Advanced problem-solving skills
