Job Description:
As a Dispatcher at Pro Heating and Cooling, each day presents a dynamic blend of responsibilities that keep our operations running smoothly. You'll kickstart your day by reviewing any customer leads from the previous day and ensuring all pending tasks are addressed promptly. Throughout the day, you'll serve as the friendly voice of our company, engaging with customers via phone, email, and our SMS software to address their inquiries and schedule service appointments. With your keen organizational skills, you'll oversee the dispatching of our technicians, ensuring timely and efficient responses to our customers' needs. Additionally, you'll play a vital role in managing our community projects, meticulously tracking progress, and ensuring each home receives the attention it deserves. By the end of the day, you'll take pride in knowing that your contributions have helped uphold our commitment to exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicating with customers via Phone, Email, and company SMS software. Providing proposals and managing customer inquiries. Dispatching technicians and coordinating service calls. Managing community projects, including scheduling and documentation. Handling accounts receivable, including customer payments and invoicing.
Requirements:
Customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry. Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling customer inquiries. Comfortable with PC and Microsoft 365 applications. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software systems. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Bi-lingual:
English and Spanish Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in HVAC dispatch or related field. Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and terminology.
