On behalf of our client, Creative Comfort Inc., we are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused HVAC Service Dispatcher to join their growing team in Hazleton, PA. Creative Comfort is a family-owned and operated HVAC company proudly serving residential and commercial customers throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania since 2005. What You'll Be Doing:

Answer incoming customer calls and schedule service appointments Dispatch HVAC technicians efficiently based on urgency, location, and skill set Coordinate daily service schedules and communicate updates to technicians and customers Monitor technician routes and job progress throughout the day Maintain accurate customer records, service notes, and scheduling information Provide exceptional customer service and professionally handle customer concerns Assist with preparing work orders, invoices, and service documentation Coordinate with management regarding scheduling priorities and workflow Support the service department with administrative duties as needed

Experience and Skills:

What We're Looking For:

Prior dispatching, scheduling, customer service, or administrative experience preferred HVAC, construction, plumbing, electrical, or service industry experience is a plus Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong computer and data entry skills Professional phone etiquette and customer-focused attitude Ability to problem-solve and adjust schedules quickly when needed Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience using scheduling or dispatch software Knowledge of HVAC terminology and service operations Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy
