Job Summary The Logistics Coordinator serves a critical role within the organization and is responsible for managing the transport and hauling of agricultural commodities and equipment. This includes commercial and industrial hauling. Additionally, this position supervises a staff of CDL drivers and operators. Duties Coordinate direct-ship deliveries Manage timely hay bale collection and stacking Help determine suitable storage locations to maximize collection efficiency Monitor stack integrity and bale quality Manage inventory and deliveries to satisfy contracts Oversee commercial flatbed hauling Schedule truck and trailer maintenance and safety inspections Occasional driving and hauling Supervise and schedule drivers Skills and Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Team player Strong leadership skills A self-starter with the ability to multi-task and work independently Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Requirements Possess a Class A CDL license and DOT medical card Ability to work in extreme outdoor environments Ability to lift 50 pounds

Pay:

$25.18 - $30.33 per hour
