Overview We're a small, Veteran-owned, fast‑moving portable restroom company looking for a Sales Coordinator/Dispatch Specialist who thrives in a hands-on, customer-focused environment. This role blends customer service, scheduling, and operational coordination. You'll be the central hub connecting customers, drivers, and management to keep our routes efficient and our clients happy. If you enjoy solving problems, staying organized, and keeping a business running smoothly behind the scenes, this is a great fit! Sales & Customer Service Respond to inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries with professionalism and urgency. Provide quotes, explain service options, and guide customers to the right solutions. Create and maintain customer accounts, service agreements, and rental documentation. Follow up on leads, expiring contracts, and upcoming events to secure bookings. Build strong relationships with contractors, event planners, and recurring clients. Schedule daily routes for drivers, ensuring efficiency and timely service. Adjust routes throughout the day based on emergencies, add-on services, or delays. Communicate clearly with drivers regarding assignments, changes, and customer needs. Track inventory of units, handwash stations, and supplies to ensure availability. Coordinate delivery, pickup, cleaning, and special-event service schedules.
