Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Weekend Dispatcher, where you'll play a vital role in coordinating transportation operations and ensuring seamless logistics flow during weekend shifts. Castle Towing has an immediate position for the right team player to join our family. Work in a secure environment dispatching highway heroes. This job includes monthly customer satisfaction bonuses along with retirement plan options after one year. We currently are looking for a part time weekend dispatcher. Must have computer knowledge and possess customer service skills. Must also be able to pass a background check. Skills Strong understanding of GPS technology Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information over multi-line phone systems and in written reports. Proficiency in data entry tasks
