Pay Scale:

$21.00 - $24.00 per hour We are now offering up to a $500 Sign-On bonus for qualified new hires.

7:45 am - 3:45 pm, Monday through Friday - No nights, weekends, or On-call shifts!!!!

Position summary:

Responsible for handling multi-line phone system and routing calls to the appropriate department or employee as necessary. To give office support to entire company as needed using a variety of computer and organizational skills. Assist with scheduling, dispatching, and support as directed by the Office Manager. Must enjoy a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications:

Impeccable customer service skills Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment 1+ years of office experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Qualifications Desired:

Some dispatching experience within a service-related industry is highly preferred!
