Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Dispatchers to join our fast-paced operations team. In this role, you will be the central hub of communication, coordinating the daily movement of our transport drivers, ensuring timely deliveries, and providing top-notch service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities Route & Schedule:
Plan, organize, and dispatch daily routes for fuel hauling and delivery drivers to maximize efficiency and ensure on-time service.
Monitor Operations:
Track the status of drivers and equipment in real-time, handling any logistical issues, terminal delays, or vehicle breakdowns promptly.
Driver Support:
Serve as the "eye in the sky" for our drivers, providing navigational assistance and resolving issues at loading terminals or delivery sites.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, update dispatch and fuel management software, and process paperwork.
Shift:
Days (3 - 4 days/12 hours shifts)
Hours:
6:00AM - 6:00
