Role:

ECM Energy Services is currently hiring a Dispatcher for a 12-hour on a 7 days on / 7 days off schedule . This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous role and enjoys extended time off while still maintaining a full-time position. As a Dispatcher, you'll be responsible for coordinating transportation services between drivers and customers, ensuring that all logistics operations run smoothly during the night shift. Schedule:

12-hour shifts 7 days on / 7 days off rotation Work-life balance with built-in full weeks off every other week!

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage nightly delivery schedules Monitor truck and staff availability; anticipate delivery requirements Coordinate deliveries based on destination, timing, rate, and client specifications Verify delivery quantities and reconcile discrepancies Complete and maintain accurate records and documentation Ensure customer satisfaction and meet operational/financial goals Maintain clear and professional communication with drivers, clients, and peers Uphold safety protocols and take corrective action as needed Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive pricing and order information

What We're Looking For:

High School Diploma or GED required 1+ year of dispatch or logistics experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and make sound decisions Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Comfortable working overnight hours on a rotating weekly schedule Must be able to travel if required Why Join ECM Energy Services?
