Assistant Dispatcher

In-Office Position | Reinsfelder Inc. Reinsfelder Inc. is growing and we're looking for a motivated Assistant Dispatcher to support our dispatch team and help keep operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced trucking environment.

What You'll Do:

Assist with scheduling and coordinating loads Communicate with drivers regarding dispatch instructions and updates Track shipments and provide status updates Help with rate confirmations, paperwork, and load documentation Monitor permits, ELD information, and compliance items Support the dispatch team with daily operational tasks

What We're Looking For:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication skills (phone and email) Ability to stay calm under pressure Proficiency in Microsoft Office Clear and legible handwriting Transportation/logistics experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Why Reinsfelder?
