Job Description

About Us Commercial Fire is a leading nationwide provider of fire protection and life safety services. We partner with a vast network of affiliate technicians across the United States to deliver reliable, world-class customer service to our clients. We are seeking a motivated, career-driven individual who wants to gain valuable experience in the customer service and logistics realm while developing the essential skills needed for long-term professional growth. Responsibilities As a Call Center Representative, you will serve as the vital link between our national customers and our field technicians.
Your day-to-day will include:
Inbound Call Management:
Handle incoming calls from on-site technicians performing inspections and repairs for our major national accounts (including retail, hospitality, and restaurant chains).
Customer Support & Updates:
Respond to inquiries from customers and facilities management companies requesting service, and provide timely updates on existing requests (including technician ETAs at the store level).
Dispatcher Logistics:
Dispatch technicians to customer locations for urgent demand repairs, system assessments, and preventative maintenance work orders.
Relationship Building:
Cultivate strong, professional relationships with technicians, customers, and internal team members.
Special Projects:
Adapt and contribute to special projects and other duties as assigned to support team success.
Qualifications Customer-First Mindset:
A passion for helping others and a professional, friendly phone presence.
Strong Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Multitasking Pro:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balance multiple priorities, and navigate computer systems simultaneously.
Reliability & Drive:
A motivated self-starter with strong attendance and a desire to learn and grow within the company. Prior experience in a call center, dispatching, or the fire/life safety industry is a plus, but not required!
